Thank you for making your posts so relatable! Reading, cooking and writing are big ones for me as well. Watching TV used to make me feel guilty about being unproductive, but I now see it as another form of mindful distraction. It's all about bringing body awareness to the present moment.

Aaaaa so relatable, for so long I denied myself the pleasure of enjoying a film or show- although it sometimes comes back to hunt me again! Time stops for me when i practice being mindful- through yoga, gardening, and doodling 🥰🪻 the smell of lavender also brings me back to center.

Yes yoga is such a good one! But I have to really concentrate to push all my thoughts out. I need to get into gardening too it seems peaceful 🥰🥰
